A MINDFUL PATH PROGRAMS FALL 2008:

Free informational talk about our Mindful Living/Conscious Eating program This informative evening is a pre-re-requisite to taking the program. Snacks provided. Call to reserve space. Tuesday, Sept 9, 6:00-7:15pm

Meditation for Beginners
Three weekly classes for anyone who wants to learn to meditate, or for those who want to refresh the basics. Sitting and movement meditations.
Thursdays, Sept. 9, 16 & 23 6:00-7:30pm, $60

Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT)
For women who binge or overeat and who want food to have a balanced place in their lives.
Begins September 22, $450

Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
For people who suffer from stress-related illnesses such as high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, or just feeling like life is out of control.
Begins September 24, $450

Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for the Prevention of
Relapse Depression (MBCT)

For people who have suffered from depression and want to gain skills to prevent relapsing.
Begins September 25, $450

Mindful Living/Conscious Eating (MLCE)
A program for women who want to lose weight mindfully and safely. A free required informational evening is held September 9th. Call to reserve a space.
Begins October 7, $450


ONGOING INSTRUCTION AND CLASSES:

Quiet Moments

Free drop-in time to sit quietly and rest, restore, reflect or meditate. Sitting or walking meditation. Enter at anytime during the hour, leave when you need to. Free.
Tuesdays 7:30-8:30 am and Wednesdays 12:30-1:30 pm


Individual sessions
■ Individual mindfulness-based psychotherapy
Call to schedule appointment

■ One-on-one instruction in mindfulness meditation
Call to schedule personal instruction sessions

Retreat Days
Only open to past participants of mindfulness-based programs. Free, space limited.

CENTER AVAILABLE FOR SUPPORTIVE ACTIVITIES
The Center for Mindful Living is a beautiful space filled with natural light and is available for rent by the hour or day for other like-minded practices and classes. Call Char at 860-402-9333.
